 All decorations are hand made and made to order. To make sure they are beautiful created requires time:

Processing time at the moment is 3-8 working days. 

 Shipping times:
     Standard shipping:

          Within  UK 1-3 *working days.

          Europe union   3 to 6 *working days. Orders shipped from our EU warehouse.

          NON EU customers: 10-20 *working days.

Delivery time is just for guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed. Post might be delayed and unfortunately we cant control it, but we always try. to choose most  reliable shipping option. 

If you are in rush and can't wait we can offer:

     Processing time 1-2 working days, depending on the size of the order.

Returns

Tissue paper pom poms, honeycombs, garlands and most of our decorations are made to order and hand made and we are unable to except returns unless there has been an error on our part. Please contact us  Info@decopompoms.com

Lanterns, balloons, fairy lights can be returned  within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.

You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage.
As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping rate and original shipping fee can not be refunded. 
NOTE: 
- Except for Express shipping, any delays caused by post office or couriers are not eligible for return. 
- Late delivery due to lack of informing event date by customer is not eligible for returns.
